I painted this in 2012 during the storm of Hurricane Isaac in Gulfpoint Mississippi. There was nothing to do but sweat in that warehouse shelter they had us stay in. So I painted to pass the time. I was painting from memory so yeah it may not look perfectly like it's supposed to. I'm cool with that.

These paintings will probably be the last pokemon art I'll make for a while. It seems everyone I follow at DA is doing pokemon art. It's too much of a good thing. I'm burnt out. I'm going to focus on other stuff.

I'm going to put this in the art gallery at Anime Mid Atlantic this coming June.
